Group project done by Gard Schei Høstmælingen, Stian Forseth and me in the course “Information Visualisation” at NTNU 2022.

This case is based on real life proposals that may be realised in the future. 8 autonomous ferries are transporting citizens around the city of Trondheim. The ferries are fully autonomous, but two operators will constantly monitoring the ferries during operation hours. The operators will have the possibility to take control and navigate the ferries manually if necessary.

Design the interface for the monitor system.

My contribution in the process

  • Cooperated with team on defining requirements.

  • Designed the low fidelity layout based on requirements and ideas from team discussion and ideation.

  • Made the design-system.

  • Designed the high fidelity prototype.
